TRANSPARENT PARTNERSHIPS

COMMERCIAL
DISCLOSURE.

Just T4s may work with relevant suppliers, affiliate partners and sponsors. This page explains how those relationships are identified and how they remain separate from Trusted Trader approval.

LAST UPDATED: 30 AUGUST 2026

1. Why Just T4s uses commercial partnerships

Running a community website, forms, hosting, moderation and future events or resources costs money. Relevant commercial partnerships can help support those costs while also giving members access to useful suppliers, products or offers.

The aim is to work with businesses that are genuinely relevant to T4 ownership, maintenance, conversion, camping or the wider community.

2. Affiliate links and referral codes

Some links or codes may be part of an affiliate or referral arrangement. If a member clicks an affiliate link or uses a referral code and later makes a qualifying purchase, Just T4s may receive a commission or referral payment.

Where content is advertising because of an affiliate relationship, it should be clearly identifiable. Just T4s intends to use clear labels such as β€œAd Β· Affiliate Partner” or another equally obvious disclosure close to the relevant content or link.

Important: commission rates, tracking windows, member discounts and prices vary between partners. A commercial relationship does not mean the product is always the cheapest available, so members should still compare options.

3. Sponsored content and paid placement

A business may pay for clearly identified sponsorship, featured placement, event support, competitions or promotional content.

Paid promotional content should be labelled so members can recognise that it is advertising or sponsored activity rather than independent editorial content.

4. Member discounts and offers

Some partners may provide discount codes, member benefits or time-limited offers. Terms, exclusions, expiry dates and availability are controlled by the relevant supplier unless Just T4s explicitly states otherwise.

A discount offered through Just T4s does not create a guarantee about the supplier, product or transaction.

5. Trusted Trader status is separate

Commercial payment cannot buy Trusted Trader approval.

  • An affiliate partner is not automatically a Trusted Trader.
  • A sponsor is not automatically a Trusted Trader.
  • A supplier giving members a discount is not automatically a Trusted Trader.
  • A business may hold both statuses, but only if it independently meets the Trusted Trader requirements.

Current Trusted Trader status should be verified through the public directory and Trader ID system.

6. Editorial independence

Just T4s may decline partnerships that are irrelevant, misleading, poor value or unsuitable for the community. Commercial arrangements do not give a partner the right to control unrelated community moderation, guide content or Trusted Trader decisions.

If a guide or recommendation is materially influenced by a commercial relationship, that relationship should be disclosed clearly.

7. Buying through partner links

Purchases made from third-party suppliers are normally contracts between the member and the supplier. The supplier’s own prices, delivery arrangements, returns policy, warranty and terms apply.

Members should make normal buying checks and contact the relevant supplier directly about orders, returns or product problems unless Just T4s is explicitly identified as the seller.

8. Partner enquiries

Businesses interested in affiliate partnerships, member offers or sponsorship can contact [email protected].

Businesses interested in Trusted Trader status should use the separate Trusted Trader Application.
