1. About Just T4s

Just T4s is an independent Volkswagen T4 community and information website. It is not Volkswagen and is not affiliated with Volkswagen AG. Volkswagen and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Use of the website means you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly and to follow any separate rules that apply to Just T4s Facebook groups, forms, Marketplace activity or community features.

2. Guides and technical information

Guides, checklists and technical information are provided for general information and community education. They are not a substitute for the correct workshop information, manufacturer data, professional inspection or competent technical advice for a specific vehicle.

• Vehicle specifications and procedures can vary by year, engine, model and conversion.
• Users are responsible for deciding whether work is within their competence.
• Safety-critical work including brakes, steering, structural repairs, gas and mains electrical work should be carried out or checked by appropriately competent people.

Although reasonable care is taken when preparing guides, Just T4s does not guarantee that every item is complete, error-free or suitable for every vehicle.

3. Marketplace

Just T4s provides Marketplace structure, listing guidance and community moderation but is not normally the buyer, seller, payment provider, escrow service or contracting party in transactions between members.

• Buyers and sellers remain responsible for checking identity, condition, ownership, payment arrangements, delivery and suitability.
• Listings may be edited, rejected or removed where they do not meet community rules or raise safety concerns.
• Publication of a listing does not mean Just T4s has inspected or guaranteed the item or seller.
• Users should follow the Just T4s Buying Safely Online guidance and make their own checks before sending money.

4. Trusted Traders

Trusted Trader status means a business has gone through the Just T4s approval process and currently appears with an appropriate active status in the public directory.

It does not mean Just T4s guarantees every product, repair, service, timescale, price or transaction involving that business.

• Members should still obtain quotes, understand the work being agreed and make their own decision.
• Trusted Trader status may be reviewed, suspended, withdrawn or allowed to lapse.
• A badge image alone is not proof of current status. The public Trader ID/status should be checked.
• Trader IDs remain under Just T4s control and must not be altered or transferred.

5. Events

Unless an event is explicitly stated to be organised by Just T4s, event listings are provided for information and promotion only. Event organisers remain responsible for event operation, safety, tickets, refunds, facilities, changes and cancellations.

Visitors should check the organiser’s latest information before travelling.

6. Suppliers, affiliate partners and sponsors

Some suppliers, offers or content may involve a commercial relationship with Just T4s, including affiliate commission, sponsorship, paid placement or member discount arrangements.

Commercial relationships will be identified where required. Payment, sponsorship or affiliate status does not automatically confer Trusted Trader status.

7. External links

The website may link to third-party websites, social-media pages, retailers, booking services or technical resources. External sites are controlled by their own operators. Just T4s is not responsible for their availability, security, content, pricing, terms or privacy practices.

A link is not automatically an endorsement unless the page clearly says otherwise.

8. Community contributions

If you submit information, photographs, event details, guide contributions or other material for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not knowingly unlawful, misleading or infringing another person’s rights.

Just T4s may edit submissions for clarity, formatting, safety or relevance and may decline or remove content where appropriate.

9. Intellectual property

Original Just T4s branding, website design, written guides and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party trademarks, images and referenced material remain the property of their respective owners.

Reasonable sharing of links to Just T4s content is welcome. Republishing substantial original content or using Just T4s badges/branding commercially without permission is not permitted.

10. Availability and changes

Website pages, forms, directories and services may be changed, suspended or removed. Just T4s does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing is intended to remove statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, users remain responsible for decisions and transactions they make using community information, third-party listings, external links and services.
