1. Who you are buying from
Just T4s is the trading name of Daniel Troughton, at 24 Windmill Gardens, Paignton, TQ3 1BL, United Kingdom. Contact us at [email protected]. These terms apply to goods bought directly from our shop, rather than sales between community members.
2. Products, prices and orders
Check the product description, size, colour and quantity before ordering. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The checkout shows your delivery charge and total before you pay. Product photographs illustrate the design; screen colours may vary. Your statutory rights apply if goods do not match their description.
We email an acknowledgement after you order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.
3. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, charges and estimates appear at checkout. Some clothing is produced after ordering and may arrive separately from stocked items such as metal tags. We will deliver within 30 days unless we agree another delivery period with you. Contact us if your parcel is late, damaged or missing.
4. Changing your mind
For standard goods, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. You then have another 14 days to send them back. Email your name, order number and the items you wish to return to [email protected], or use the cancellation form below. You do not need to give a reason or obtain permission to exercise this right.
Return address: Just T4s, 24 Windmill Gardens, Paignton, TQ3 1BL, United Kingdom. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return method.
5. Refunds
For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. We do not refund the additional cost of an upgraded delivery service. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods as you would in a shop.
6. Printed and personalised products
Our standard Just T4s designs retain the cancellation rights above even when printed after ordering. If we offer goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, any applicable cancellation exception will be explained before you buy. Faulty goods rights still apply.
7. Faulty goods and complaints
Goods must be satisfactory, fit for purpose and as described. Contact [email protected] about a fault or complaint. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including applicable rights to reject goods, obtain a repair or replacement, or receive a refund.
